The silkworm cocoon dryer adopts a mesh belt dryer with hot air as the drying medium, and the hot air is transported to the dryer through the fan to dry the materials. The material to be processed is conveyed by multi-layer movable stainless steel mesh belt, the hot air flows through the mesh belt and the material layer above it from bottom to top, the multi-layer circulation is turned over, the layers are dried, the heat exchange is uniform, and the production efficiency is high.
The drying process of fresh cocoons goes through two stages, namely, the drying stage in which the water evaporates the same amount and the deceleration drying stage in which the water evaporation gradually decreases. The characteristic of this period is that the temperature of the pupa, the temperature of the cocoon layer and the temperature of the cocoon cavity changed with the drying time, and the temperature gradually increased, and then reached the same temperature as the drying medium.

THE INDUSTRIAL CENTRIFUGAL FANS FEATURES
1. The silkworm cocoon is dried evenly. The silkworm cocoon moves horizontally in sections in the drying chamber and is turned over several times and then dried by hot air, so that it is dried evenly.
2. The wire speed, temperature, humidity and air volume can be adjusted according to the different drying requirements of silkworm cocoons.
3. High thermal efficiency, part of the hot air is recycled and part of it is properly discharged, and the automatic temperature control device is used to control the combustion condition of the hot blast stove.
4. The operation is simple and practical, and the control cabinet is centrally controlled, the temperature is automatically inspected, and the temperature sound and light alarm is set.
5. Will not damage the cocoon,the cocoon laying drum has an anti-extrusion device, and the structure of the whole machine is reasonably designed, so the cocoon will not be damaged, so that the dry cocoon of good quality can be baked.
